For Membership Subscriptions & Online / Offline Training Programmes:
There will be NO REFUNDS. The purchaser must satisfy themselves with the Class of Membership or the type of training program to be undertaken by them before making the payment for them.
For Event Tickets / Delegate Fees:
There will be a 75% refund up to 30 days before the event, a 50% refund up to 15 days before the event, and a 25% refund up to 5 days before the event. After which there will be No Refunds.
For Software, Digital Products, and Physical Products:
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you have an issue with our product that we are unable to resolve and that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- The product’s description/demo/screenshots clearly showcase our products. No refunds will be issued if you simply do not like or do not need our product. This policy is to prevent the possibility of dishonest tactics as our products are digitally downloadable. After buying the product, immediate access to download the product is given to the user.
- You haven’t modified the product’s source code on your own since the modification might break some functionality if done incorrectly.
- We are given a fair chance to identify the cause of the issue. No refunds will be offered if the issue is not related to our product.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
- No refunds will be issued on the product bundle packages because of the possibility of dishonest tactics.
By purchasing a product or service from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.
